Fahad AI Coach is an artificial intelligence-powered coaching assistant. While it draws on real coaching knowledge and training data, all responses are generated by AI technology. The "Fahad" persona is a virtual coach character, not a real person providing advice in real-time.

The service is designed to provide general guidance on topics including sales, career growth, skills development, communication, strategy, mindset, and leadership.

2. Not Professional Advice

The content provided by Fahad AI Coach does not constitute:

• Professional counseling or therapy
• Medical or mental health advice
• Legal advice or representation
• Financial or investment advice
• Licensed career counseling

3. User Responsibility

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Fahad AI Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this service, including but not limited to:

• Business decisions made based on AI-generated advice
• Financial losses resulting from following coaching suggestions
• Career or employment decisions influenced by the service
• Emotional distress or personal outcomes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Content Safety & Moderation

We employ content moderation to maintain a safe environment. The service will refuse to engage with:

• Content related to self-harm or suicide (crisis resources will be provided instead)
• Sexually explicit content
• Violent threats or promotion of violence
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Requests for illegal activity instructions

Messages that trigger the content safety filter are logged for platform safety but are not shared externally.

6. Data Usage

When you use Fahad AI Coach:

• Your messages are processed by AI systems to generate responses
• Conversation history is stored to maintain context within your sessions
• Usage statistics (message counts, session duration) are tracked for account management
• Flagged messages may be reviewed by administrators to improve service quality
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are non-refundable once the session has started. Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your payment card details.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any user who violates these terms, abuses the platform, or engages in behavior that threatens the safety of others or the integrity of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

10. Acceptance

By creating an account and using Fahad AI Coach, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
